SELECTION OF RAW MATERIALS
Selection of the best hardwood raw materials. The wood that came before lowered should be checked with thorough. Wood that has been checked by QC is collected at the storage location raw materials/wood.
CARBONIZATION IN FURNACE
Wood working process carbonization is carried out in a burning furnace. The combustion process is carried out using furnace 1 type wood.
COOLING, SORTING & PACKING
Once the wood charcoal has cooled, the next process is sorting. Good and suitable wood charcoal specifications are separated from wood charcoal which is not included in the specifications.
